Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Personal Assistant to support our Chairman on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.   Skills required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
  • Hours: 20-25 hours per week, possibility to develop into a full-time job.
Responsibilities include:
  • Email Management:
    • Monitor and manage incoming emails
    • Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails as appropriate
    • Flag important messages for attention
  • Schedule Management:
    • Coordinate and book meetings, both internal and external
    • Manage and update calendars
    • Send meeting reminders and follow-ups
  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips
    • Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documents
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
    • Assist with basic research tasks
    • Other administrative duties as assigned
Interview timing:
  • 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 30 minutes);
  • 2-nd stage: technical interview with a client (around 1 hour).
